摘要
商用车的工况复杂,振动和高温、支承面塌陷等因素是导致普通螺纹自锁能力减低的主要因素。楔形螺纹可以有效克服普通螺纹的松脱问题。通过分析楔形螺纹的结构与试验数据,指出在恶劣工况下,由于楔形螺纹的每个牙受力均匀,自锁能力保持稳定,是一种新型的不加任何锁紧机构但具有锁紧功能的内螺纹,其防松能力大大高于有效力矩型锁紧螺母,目前楔形螺纹在商用车的重要零部件上得到广泛的使用。
The complex load environment of commercial vehicle such as shaking, high temperature and collapse of the bearing surface is the main factor which reducing the locking performance of common thread. This paper presents the technology principle and application cases about wedge thread against looseness. The performance in locking is much better than common threads. Wedge thread is widely used in commercial vehicle.
