摘要
为了达到客车转向系统减重的目的,对转向机支架进行改进设计。利用HyperMesh软件对改进后的转向机支架进行有限元分析,验证其强度和刚度是否满足要求。并依据分析结果再次优化设计转向机支架。
For the purposes of the lightweight of coach steering system, the steering trestle was improved. In order to verify its strength and stiffness, the finite element analysis was done using HyperMesh. According to the analysis result, the steering trestle was optimized.
