摘要
主要设计了一套燃料电池发动机测试系统,同时对燃料电池发动机动态特性测试方法进行了研究。燃料电池发动机测试系统包括PLC控制系统、辅助电源系统、氢气供给系统、电子负载系统、被测试发动机系统五个部分。加载方式可采用恒流加载和恒功率加载等多种方式,可以实现燃料电池发动机的起动特性、稳态特性、动态响应特性和循环工况运行等多种性能测试和工况测试。该测试系统可以用于5~100 kW范围内各种燃料电池发动机的测试。
In this paper,a test system of fuel cell engine (FCE)is designed and the test method of dynamic properties of fuel cell engine is analyzed.The test system of FCE consists of PLC control system, auxiliary power system, hydrogen sup ply system, electronic load system and tested FCE system.Constant current load and constant power load can be applied to the test system.The test items include steady state property testing,start-up property testing,dynamic property testing and drive cycle testing. The test system can be used with the engines with the 5-100 kW power.
