摘要 分析了2×130t/h锅炉配套石灰石—石膏脱硫系统调试过程中出现的问题,提出了解决措施并对运行参数进行了优化。结果表明,在实际工况下,燃用中低硫煤,控制吸收塔液位为7.3m,pH值为5.4,投运2台循环泵时,脱硫系统运行最为经济有效。 The problems appeared in the commissioning process of FGD system in 2×130 t/h thermal boiler were analyzed and discussed.The countermeasures were put forward.The equipments were adjusted and the operating parameters were optimized.The actual working status is at BMCR,and the coal contained little sulfur,the most economical and efficient operating parameters are were summarized as bellow:the slurry level in absorber is 7.3 m,pH value is 5.4 and only 2 pumps were employed.
