摘要
从道德责任视角分析了患者不良就医行为。通过对272位患者就医道德状况的调查,运用因子分析将其不道德就医行为归为6种类型:伤害医方的行为、获利行为、伤害其他患者及公众的行为、对他人无害的违规行为、认知偏差所致行为和讨好医方的行为;然后分析了目前存在的不道德就医行为主要现象,并提出相应对策建议。
Patients' bad hospitalization behaviors in view of moral responsibility are explored.Through investigating 272 patients about their ethical belief and using factor analysis to analyze those data,the result shows that six dimensions of patients' unethical hospitalization behaviors were retained,that is,harmful behavior to hospital,benefiting behavior,harmful to other people,breaking-rule behavior without being harmful to others,misconceiving behavior,and flattering to hospital personnel.Then we analyze those phenomena and propose some countermeasures for those unethical behaviors.
