摘要
本文以农业技术创新实现所必须的技术机会、产品需求和创新专有性三要素为基础,提出了农业技术创新的三维模型。并以此构建了我国农业技术创新的一个分析框架,阐述了三维模型基础上政策农户相互作用的农业技术创新实现机制。论文分析了农业技术创新中的八个主要影响因素;说明了我国农业生产中劳动力流动的现实对农业技术创新实现的影响,探讨了政府政策在促进农户新技术采用、提高产量方面的作用,最终解释了我国农业生产中较高产出、较低创新水平的因果关系。
This article constructs a three dimensional model for the technology innovation of agriculture based on technology opportunity, product demand and propriety which are necessary for the achievement of technology innovation. And thus builds a analysis framework for the technology innovation of agriculture based on the three dimensional model. It elaborates the mechanism of the technology innovation of agriculture for the mutual action between government policy and the peasant household based on the three dimensional roodel. And analyzes the eight obstacle in the technology innovation, the effect from the circumstance of the mobility of labor for the achievement of the technology innovation, the role of government poli- cy in promoting the new technology adoption and output increase, and in the end explains the casual relationship between the higher output and the lower ability of technology innovation.
