摘要
环境公害犯罪的惩罚模式指的是环境公害犯罪惩罚范围大小以及适用刑罚的种类及其特点,一国环境公害犯罪的惩罚模式对于环境公害犯罪的预防和打击起着重要的作用,国外很多国家环境公害犯罪的惩罚模式能更好地预防和打击污染环境的犯罪,值得我国借鉴。本文将从国外环境公害犯罪惩罚范围大小、公害犯罪适用刑罚种类等相关方面来论述,进而完善我国环境公害犯罪的相关条款,以期达到更好的保护环境的目的。
The punishment model of Environmental public crime includes the size of punishment ,the types and characteristics of punishment, the punishment model of one country takes a important roles in preventing and striking crime ,many punishment model of environmental in other countries can be better in preventing and striking environmental public crime, so, be worth to study. This article will be start from the point of the size of punishment and the types of the punishment, and then improve the provisions of environmental crime in our country, in order to protect our environment better.
