针对建筑安全事故频发,影响社会公共安全的现实问题,从建筑安全伦理角度出发,构建建筑企业与安全监察机构的利益和道德博弈模型,分析影响双方安全伦理道德认知度的相关因素,并从制度安排与安全伦理建设的角度提出加强建筑安全管理的政策建议。

The paper analyses from the point of building security ethics,builds a game model of the enterprises and security monitor organizations about the interest and moral,gives analysis of relevant factors which could affect the cognitive aspects of safety aspects of both sides.In the end,the paper puts forward policy advice to strengthen building safety management on the viewpoint of institutional arrangement and safety ethics construction.
