摘要
在神话思维的引导下,湘西傩戏用面具、神图、傩乐、傩舞等宗教艺术符号,将带有宗教性质的想象与宗教艺术形式连结在一起,构成了对当地宗教信仰的多重象征。它为某种神性而演出,各种造型艺术和表演艺术作为宗教艺术的象征表达,其深层意蕴在于建构神圣空间,进而以热情而积极的方式来保障仪式的顺利进行,各种宗教艺术被充分运用到这个象征体系中,最终达到人神沟通,了愿解结。
Masks,drawings,ritual music,and ritual dances give forms to religious imagination,presenting various symbolic dimensions to the indigenous religion in the western Hunan province.In that area,nuo,the ancient ritual performance,celebrates divinity.The plastic and performing arts as symbolic expressions of religions are meant to construct a divine space,so that rituals may be conducted with passion.Various elements of religious arts are used in this symbolic system to ensure communications between man and god,so that supplications may be answered and problems solved.
