老年冠心病患者血清白细胞介素6及高迁移率族蛋白B1水平的观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨老年冠心病(CHD)患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)的变化及其临床意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附实验法测定92例老年CHD患者(CHD组)和78例健康体检者(对照组)血清IL-6、HMGB1水平,并进行分析比较。结果老年CHD组IL-6、HMGB1水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),CHD组中IL-6、HMGB1水平在不同病变程度各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且IL-6、HMGB1水平随着冠状动脉病变程度的增加而升高。结论血清IL-6、HMGB1水平与老年冠心病之间存在联系,且IL-6、HMGB1水平升高提示炎症反应在冠心病的发生和发展中起着重要作用。 Objective To determine the serum levels of interleukin 6(IL-6) and high mobility group B1 protein(HMGB1) in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and to find its clinical significance.Methods Serum interleukin-6(IL-6) and high mobility group B1 protein(HMGB1) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 92 CHD patients(CHD group) and 78 normal subjects(control group) and compared between the two groups.Results The serum levels of IL-6,HMGB1 in subjects of CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group (P〈0.01).The serum IL-6,HMGB1 levels were compared between AMI,UAP,SAP groups,and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).The serum levels of IL-6 and HMGB1 increased along with the elevation of the coronary artery pathological change degree.Conclusions There is a relationship between elderly CHD and serum levels of IL-6 or HMGB1.High levels of IL-6,HMGB1 and inflammation play an important role in elderly CHD.
