Metal Roof Retrofit Technique Used in Logistic Center of Shanghai World Expo

瑞芙特金属屋面防水系统通过五涂一布,即在金属屋面基底上涂刷RFT-Base基层防水胶凝涂料后,铺设一层缝织聚酯布,再涂刷上述涂料两层、RFT-White表层防水胶凝涂料两层,成功地完成了对上海世博会后勤物流中心(原上钢三厂四车间)金属屋面的低成本翻新改造。本文还着重介绍了该系统及其施工工艺。

The article introduces RFT-WP01 roof waterproofing system,a low cost retrofit technique used in logistic center of Shanghai World Expo.The system includes one coat of RFT-Base coating on metal roof deck with polyester reinforcement,followed by two coats of RFT-Base coating and two coats of RFT-White coating.It also describes application process of the system.
