蔡氏痛经贴治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经疗效观察

Clinical observation of Cai's pastes in treating primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis

目的观察蔡氏痛经贴治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将90例原发性痛经患者随机分为蔡氏痛经贴发热贴组(热贴组)、蔡氏痛经贴常温贴组(常温贴组)、发热贴组,各30例,分别于气海、关元、三阴交穴予以蔡氏发热贴、蔡氏常温贴、发热贴(不含药)敷贴治疗。月经周期前3天开始使用,连续7天为1个疗程,共治疗2个月经周期。结果热贴组和常温贴组患者小腹疼痛减轻较发热贴组显著(P<0.01),且随着治疗周期的延长患者小腹疼痛减轻越明显(P<0.001)。结论蔡氏痛经贴治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经疗效确切。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Cai＇s pastes in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods Ninety subjects were randomly divided into three groups： group A in which 30 cases were treated by Cai＇s hot paste,group B in which 30 cases were treated by Cai＇s routine paste and group C in which 30 cases were treated by hot paste.These pastes were applied on Qihai（CV6）,Guanyuan（CV4） and Sanyinjiao（SP6） in the patients in the three groups,with a course of two menstrual cycles.Results The lower abdominal pain was relieved more significantly in groups A and B than in group C（P0.01）,and the pain was increasingly relieved with more treatment courses（P0.001）.Conclusion Cai＇s pastes are quite effective for primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis.
