痛经Ⅱ号方治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经临床研究

Clinical research on "Tongjing Decoction-Ⅱ" in treating dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis

目的观察痛经Ⅱ号方口服结合外敷方敷脐治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床疗效。方法将70例寒凝血瘀型痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例;治疗组采用痛经Ⅱ号方口服结合中药敷脐,对照组口服月月舒痛经宝颗粒,治疗3个月经周期。观察两组临床疗效、痛经症状评分和疼痛VAS评分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为94.29%,对照组为85.71%(P<0.05);治疗后两组痛经症状积分、VAS积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痛经Ⅱ号方治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of oral ＂Tongjing Decoction-II＂ and external application of herbs on navel in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods Seventy subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 35 cases were treated by ＂Tongjing Decoction-II＂ and external application of herbs on navel and control group in which 35 cases were treated by ＂Tongjingbao Granule＂,with a course of three menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy,dysmenorrhea score and pain VAS were evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 94.29% in treatment group and 85.71% in control group（P0.05）;after treatment,the dysmenorrhea score and VAS score were strikingly reduced in both groups（P0.05）,with more significant reduction in treatment group than in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion ＂Tongjing Decoction-II＂ and external application of herbs on navel is effective for dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis.
