摘要
目的探讨脑外伤后SIADH和CSWS的鉴别诊断和治疗。方法利用SIADH和CSWS的不同临床表现及实验室检查鉴别两种疾病,并采取不同的治疗方法。结果 5例SIADH和19例CSWS经过正确的治疗均能治愈,1例SI-ADH患者复发。结论脑外伤后SIADH和CSWS正确的鉴别诊断是治疗的关键,否则将导致严重的后果。
Objective DISCUSS the differential diagnosis and treatment of SIADH and CSWS after traumatic brain injury.Methods SIADH and CSWS in different clinical and laboratory examination distinguish the two diseases,and to take different approaches to treatment.Results five cases of SIADH and 19 cases of CSWS after proper treatment can cure,one case of recurrence in patients with SIADH.Conclusion SIADH after brain trauma and CSWS correct differential diagnosis is the key to treatment,otherwise it will lead to serious consequences.
