环孢素A联合氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床观察

Clinical observation about the treatment of fungal keratitis by cyclosporine A(CsA) and fluconazole

目的探讨环孢素A(cyclosporine A,CsA)联合氟康唑治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床效果。方法将127例真菌性角膜炎患者随机分为两组,A组为常规组采取氟康唑药物治疗,B组为治疗组在A组氟康唑治疗基础上加用CsA治疗。结果 B组在视力恢复、显效率及总有效率上明显优于A组,无效率也明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义。结论 CsA联合氟康唑能明显提高真菌性角膜炎的治疗效果,可作为一线局部抗真菌药物使用。

Objective To study the therapy reaction to fungal keratitis with cyclosporine A（CsA） and fluconazole.Methods 127 patients（127 eyes） were divided into 2 groups（A or B）.The groups A（63 eyes） was treated by fluconazole,the groups B（64 eyes） was treated by fluconazole and cyclosporine A（CsA）.Results The groups B was obviously higher than the groups A in vision restoration,obviously effective rate and total effective rate,and obviously lower than the groups A in ineffective rate.There was statistical difference.Conclusion Cyclosporine A（CsA） and fluconazole can significantly enhance trenting results of fungal keratitis,and cyclosporine A（CsA） can be used as the leading locally used drug.
