急性胰腺炎恢复期患者血糖、胰岛素、C肽、胰高血糖素动态研究

目的观察急性胰腺炎(AP)恢复期患者血糖、胰岛素、C肽、胰高血糖素含量的动态变化。方法对30例急性胰腺炎恢复期第1、3、8、16天动态检测其血糖、胰岛素、C肽、胰高血糖素的含量。结果急性胰腺炎恢复期患者血糖、胰岛素、C肽、胰高血糖素与发病时比较明显下降(P<0.05),随着恢复期时间的延长各指标水平逐渐恢复接近正常对照,但仍未达到正常水平。结论急性胰腺炎恢复期患者血糖、胰岛素、C肽、胰高血糖素含量与疾病恢复时间成正相关,可判断预后。

Objective To observe the dynamic changes of blood glucose、insulin、C-peptide,glucagon of acute pancreatitis（AP）convalescent Patients.Methods Dynamic detected blood glucose、insulin、C-peptide、glucagon in the first、third、eighth、and sixteen day.Results The blood glucose、insulin、C-peptide、glucagon are significantly descended,compared with the onset of acute pancreatitis（AP） convalescent patiens（P0.05）.with the recovery time of all the indexes gradually returned to normal cintrols,but have not yet reached normal levels.Conclusion The recorery levels of blood glucose、insulin、C-peptide,Glucagon are correlated with disease recovery time,these will be prognostic indicators in clinical treatment.
