子宫内膜癌彩超表现与PTEN、P53基因表达的对比研究

Correlation research between color doppler ultrasound appearance and gene expression of PTEN、P53 in endometrial cancer

目的探讨子宫内膜癌彩超声像图表现与PTEN、P53基因表达之间的关系及应用价值。方法收集子宫内膜癌患者65例,采用免疫组织化学方法染色检测肿瘤标本中PTEN、P53基因蛋白的表达,与术前彩超声像图表现进行对比分析。结果子宫内膜癌超声分期、肌层浸润程度、彩色血流分级、RI(血流阻力指数)与PTEN、P53基因表达有明显的关系,即随着超声分期增高、浸润程度增加、超声血流分级增加、血流阻力指数减小,PTEN和P53基因表达率分别有明显降低和增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论子宫内膜癌部分声像图表现与PTEN、P53基因表达间存在明显关系。

Objective To evaluate the Correlation between the color Doppler ultrasound appearance and expression of PTEN,P53 in endometrial cancer and the value.Methods Sixty-five patients of endometrial cancer were examined preoperatively by color doppler ultrasound,After operation all Cases were examined with immunohistochemical stain methods to observe the expression of PTEN,P53,and the relationship between sonography and expression of PTEN,P53 geneproteins was analysed.Results Ultrasonic staging,the invasive degrees of myometrium and intensities blood flow CDFI,RI were significantly correlated with the expression of PTEN,P53 in endometrial cancer.With progression of ultrasonic staging,deepening of cancer invasion and intensities blood flow CDFI,decreasing of RI,expression of PTEN,P53 were significant difference（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Some of the sonographical characteristics of endometrial cancer were correlated with gene-protein expression of PTEN,P53.
