提高新生儿病房医护人员手卫生依从性的实践

Apractice of raising the inclination toward hand hygienization of the medical staff of the neonatal ward

目的探讨采取手卫生干预措施对提高新生儿病房医护人员手卫生依从性的影响。方法采用对照法对我科新生儿病房医护人员进行手卫生时机调查。结果采取一系列干预措施前后,两组医护人员手卫生时机情况调查中有4项存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论采取手卫生干预措施,能显著提高手卫生依从性。

Objective To investigate the influence on the inclination toward hand-hygienization of the neonatal-ward medical staff by hand-hygienization educational interference.Methods By means of a contrast method,the time for hand sterilization of the medical staff of our neonatal wards were examined and compared.Results After and before adopting a series of interference measures,hand sterilization time and condition of the two medical staff-groups were examined.There were 4 items of obvious differences between them（P0.05）.Conclusion To adopt measure of hand-hygienization educational interference can raise the hand-sterilization obedience and inclination of the medical staff.
