摘要
根据三柱塞往复泵曲轴的实际设计要求,建立了三柱塞往复泵曲轴优化数学模型,确定了优化设计变量、优化目标函数和边界约束条件,利用MATLAB其功能强大的遗传优化工具箱,结合优化设计的基本算法、以重量最轻优化目标进行优化,优化结果表明曲轴重量可以进一步降低。
According to the actual design requirements of the crankshaft for three plunger reciprocating pump,a mathematical optimization model of the crankshaft for three plunger reciprocating pump was set up.The optimization design variables,the optimization objective function and the restraint conditions were confirmed.Taking advantage of its powerful genetic algorithm optimization toolbox in MATLAB and combining the basic algorithm of optimization design,optimization design was carrying through in which the lightest weight of the crankshaft was used as the optimization objective.The optimization results show that the crankshaft weight could be further reduced.
