摘要
轴向柱塞泵通常用在高压或者中高压场合,很多关键零件处在高相对转速、高接触比压的摩擦状况。其中3对典型摩擦副是:柱塞与缸体孔、缸体端面与配流盘、滑靴与斜盘。根据轴向柱塞泵的工作原理,分析了轴向柱塞泵摩擦副的结构与性能特点及对轴向柱塞泵进行了流场仿真,为水压柱塞泵的开发研究提供了参考。
Often used in high-pressure axial piston pump or high pressure situations,many of its key parts in high relative speed,high-touch than pressure of friction condition.Three of friction pair is typical: plunger and cylinder bore,cylinder block and valve plate face,and Slipper swashplate.Under piston works,analyzes structure and properties of friction characteristics and simulation of flow field of axial piston pump,hydraulic piston pump for research and development to provide a reference value.
