摘要
工业摄像头采集到的螺旋锥齿轮齿面图像,输入到螺旋锥齿轮接触斑点识别系统,将图像预处理后,建立齿轮齿面接触斑点坐标系。通过对接触斑点关键参数的计算,判别出接触斑点的形状和位置,将接触斑点的参数存储为矩阵结构文件。
The contact zone image of spiral bevel gear with industrial camera collection was inputted to contact pattern recognition program.And image was processed by recognition program.The coordinate system of contact pattern was established.The shapes,positions and crucial parameters of contact pattern were woke out by recognition system.And crucial parameters of contact pattern saved as structure matrix were made as parameters of cutting and adjusting machine tools.
