摘要
应用Pro/E软件建立简化的截割和回转机构的实体模型。把所建立的实体模型转化成ANSYS软件中的有限元分析模型,应用ANSYS软件建立其静态力学模型进行有限元分析。得出了掘进机在截割头回转截割煤岩和回转油缸伸缩实现截割部平摆复合工况下的应力和应变情况,为优化结构设计和提高机构性能提供了理论基础。
Using Pro/E software to construct concise solid model for cutting and swing mechanism of roadheader.The mechanism model is imported to ANSYS,and is changed to model of finite element analysis,then built static mechanics model for analysis in ANSYS.Acquired stress and displacement results of the roadheader for complex work,Which is composed of revolved cutting head to cut coal-rock and extended-shrunk hydraulic cylinders to achieve swing of cutting parts.Thus laid a theoretical foundation for optimizing structural design and advancing mechanism performance.
