摘要
针对目前数控机床在切削加工过程中不能较好地随切削条件的变化而做出相应的调整,提出了模糊自适应PID算法应用于切削加工过程的一种途径。通过分析数控切削加工过程的组成结构,建立了相匹配的切削控制系统的数学模型。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件完成了数控切削过程的动态响应的仿真实验,结果表明与传统PID控制数控切削加工相比,模糊自适应PID控制切削系统具有响应速度快、超调量小等品质。
For current NC machine can not well make appropriate adjustments with the changes of cutting condition in cutting process,the fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm is applied to cutting process for a way.By analyzing the composition structure of NC cutting process,the matching mathematical model of cutting control system was established.The simulation experiment of dynamic response was completed for the NC cutting process by MATLAB/ SIMULINK software.The results show that compared with NC cutting process of traditional PID control,the cutting control system of fuzzy adaptive PID has the quality of fast response and small overshoot.
