摘要
车刀的几何参数测量是检测车刀刃磨结果的主要手段,在综合考虑测量的精度、效率以及经济性3个方面之后,采用摄像头和计算机,利用LabVIEW图形语言开发环境和IMAQ Vision图像处理工具包设计了车刀几何参数测量程序,可以对车刀图像进行预处理、边缘检测以及几何测量,结果准确,有利于数字化测量的推广。
Geometric parameter measuring of turning tool is a necessary means to detect the results of grinding.After considering the accuracy of measuring,efficiency and economy,the camera and computer are employed to make the pretreatment,edge detection and geometric measurement for the image of turning tool by means of development environment of graphic language of LabVIEW software and software's compiled by IMAQ Vision image processing toolkit.Measuring result is accurate,and is conducive to the promotion of digital measurement.
