工作—家庭冲突与职业高原:心理资本的调节作用 被引量:1

摘要 心理资本是影响员工职业高原的重要因素。既有文献认为工作—家庭冲突应与心理资本相匹配,但对"如何匹配"研究较少。文章分析乐观、自信、希望、坚韧等心理资本要素对工作—家庭冲突与员工职业高原之间关系的调节作用,提出若干研究命题并构建出概念模型。
