摘要
乳腺癌已逐渐成为危害女性健康最常见的恶性肿瘤,西方女性患病的终身风险已上升到1/9[1]。随着人们对乳腺癌意识的提高,加上近些年钼靶、超声、核磁共振等检查手段的进步及普及,腋窝淋巴结清扫术逐渐被前哨淋巴结活检术所替代,以及更多敏感化疗及内分泌治疗药物的诞生及应用,越来越多的乳腺癌能够实现早期诊断及治疗[2]。
