摘要
锅炉结渣分为燃烧器区结渣和屏区结渣2种。详细分析了灰熔点指标、综合结渣指数Rz和RTSQ综合判断模型3种结渣判别指标。针对燃烧区和屏区不同的结渣问题,从运行优化、燃烧掺配、设备优化以及设计优化等方面进行了防结渣措施的探讨,并对燃用高、低灰熔点煤的新建锅炉的防结渣设计提出了合理的建议。
Boiler slagging involving burners zone slagging and plate superheater zone slagging is studied.Analyze in details three kinds of indexs which are ash fusion temperature index,comprehensive slagging index Rz,RTSQ model,with those indexs to distinguish slagging situation.Operation,equipments and design optimization,combination of boiler coal and so on are analyzed in order to prevent different slagging between burners zone and plate superheater zone.Provide helpful anti-slagging suggestions for new boilers which fuel high or low fusion temperature coal.
