摘要
期望理论是分析管理目标和管理措施对生产与工作积极性激发力量的有效工具,应用期望理论激发教师专业发展的内驱力当从提升教师的境界、建立科学的奖惩机制、提高教师专业发展的针对性与实效性、设置难度适中的培训考核任务等方面进行。
Expectancy theory is an effective tool in analyzing management objectives and the working enthusiasm stimulated by management measures.Stimulating the internal driving force of teachers' professional development should be done in these four areas: enhancing teachers' level,establish a scientific reward system,improve the effect and pertinence of teachers' professional development,setting up training and assessment tasks of moderate difficulty level.
