摘要
为了解悬索桥碳纤维增强复合材料(carbon fiber reinforced plastic,CFRP)主缆在鞍座处的抗滑移性能,对CFRP丝-鞍座界面的摩擦系数进行实测,结合实桥分析了多种鞍座两端CFRP主缆轴向拉力比对应的抗滑稳定安全系数.研究表明,CFRP主缆-鞍座界面的摩擦系数与界面压力无关;CFRP丝表面形式对摩擦系数有较大影响,微压纹单丝在鞍座处摩擦系数超过0.496;实桥中,当鞍座两端主缆轴向拉力比在1.02~1.08时,CFRP主缆鞍座处抗滑稳定安全系数大于4.7.
In order to understand the slip behavior between carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) main cable and saddle of suspension bridges,two methods of computing the frictional coefficient of CFRP wire-saddle were analyzed,on the assumption that the relationship between the frictional coefficient and pressure is linear.The frictional coefficient of CFRP wire-saddle was tested as compared with the computing method.The anti-slip behavior between CFRP main cable and saddle was analyzed under various axial loading ratio(Sb) of the cable at two sides of saddle.Results show that the pressure has no effect on the frictional coefficient,the surface conditions of the CFRP wires have a great effect on the frictional coefficient,and the frictional coefficient between spirally indented CFRP wires and saddle is more than 0.496.The anti-slip safety factor of CFRP cable-saddle is over 4.7 when the Sb is between 1.02 and 1.08.
