摘要
设计了以PIC16F877单片机为控制核心的电液调节阀稳压控制系统。提出了直驱式容积控制电液伺服系统的方案,控制器采用模糊自适应PID(proportion integration differentiation)控制算法,通过控制伺服电机的启(停)和正(反)转,改变调节阀的阀门开度,从而达到对被控流体的压力进行调节的目的。MABLAB仿真结果表明,采用模糊自适应PID时系统超调量为4.7%,调节时间为6.2 s,该系统具有较好的动态特性。
A pressure control system in an electro-hydraulic control valve based on PIC16F877 was designed.Then the direct drive volume control(DDVC) electro-hydraulic servo system was presented and fuzzy self-adaptive PID algorithm was adopted in the controller.The opening of the control valve was adjusted by performing the start-up/shut-down and forward/reversal rotation of the servo motor,and therefore the pressure of controlled fluid was regulated accordingly.The results of simulation in MATLAB showed that system overshoot was 4.7 percent and system setting time was 6.2 seconds when it used fuzzy self-adaptive PID,and thus it had excellent dynamic characteristic.
