员工有效投入的人力资本使用效率问题研究——基于POB视角下 被引量:2

摘要 人力资本使用效率问题是企业永续经营难以回避的问题。本文整合积极组织行为理论框架下的相关范畴(自我效能感和乐观)对当前我国企业员工有效投入不足导致的人力资本使用效率低下的现状进行分析,并提出了初步政策建议。
