静脉穿刺误入动脉的原因分析及对策

目的分析静脉穿刺误入动脉的原因,并总结护理对策。方法回顾性分析本院急诊科2010年1-11月护士行静脉穿刺时误入动脉5例患者的临床资料,分析其误穿的原因并总结护理对策。结果应用留置针穿刺误入桡动脉2例,误入足背动脉1例;应用头皮针穿刺误入足背动脉1例,误入手背动脉1例。误穿的原因与护士不熟悉动脉的解剖位置、危急情况下未做好血管的评估、穿刺技术不熟练有关。结论护士应熟悉四肢动静脉的解剖结构,选择正确的进针角度,提高自己的穿刺和沟通技巧,从而提高静脉穿刺质量。

Objective To analyze the reasons for venipuncture strayed into the artery,and summarize nursing care. Methods Retrospectively,the clinical data of 5 patients in the emergency room from January to November 2010 were analyzed for the reasons why the nurses mis-punctured the needles into the arteries and for the summarization of their nursing strategies. Results The cases involved mis-puncturing into radial artery,1 into dorsal artery of foot and 1 into dorsal artery of hand. The second puncturing was all successful. The spots for mis-puncturing were pressed hard for 10 minutes and no red swelling and bleeding were observed. Conclusion Nurses should know well about anatomical structure of veins and arteries of the limbs,assess the blood vessels adequately in emergency and improve puncture and communication skills in order to improve the quality of nursing.
