多酶自动清洗机清洗消毒止血带的效果分析

Effect of multienzyme automatic rinser on the tourniquet cleaning

目的探讨多酶自动清洗机清洗止血带的效果。方法选择应用过污染的止血带600条,随机分为两组各300条,分别给予传统清洗消毒法(采用含氯消毒液浸泡)与采用多酶清洗机自动清洗法。比较两组止血带清洗后消毒洁净度和细菌培养阳性率。结果实验组清洗消毒后止血带洁净度和细菌培养阳性率分别为99.67%和0.00%;对照组清洗消毒后止血带洁净度和细菌培养率分别为84.33%和28.67%,两组比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论多酶清洗机清洗消毒止血带,清洗消毒效果好,质量保证,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of multienzyme automatic rinser in cleaning the tourniquet. Methods The 600 medium-polluted tourniquets were equally randomized into the control group and the experiment group：The former were disinfected by the conventional method and the latter by multienzyme automatic rinser. Then the cleanliness and positive rate of bacterial culture were compared between the two groups. Results The cleanliness and positive rates in the experiment group and the control group were 99.67% and 0,84.33% and 28.67%,respectively. The experiment group was significantly superior to the control group（all P 0.01） . Conclusion The multienzyme automatic rinser is effective in cleaning tourniquets and thus worth clinical popularization.
