碘伏、百多邦联合吹氧治疗Ⅲ-Ⅳ期压疮的效果观察

目的探讨碘伏、百多邦软膏联合局部吹氧治疗Ⅲ-Ⅳ期压疮的效果。方法对30例Ⅲ-Ⅳ期压疮(59处)患者采用0.3%-0.5%碘伏消毒创面,然后局部给予高流量吹氧15min,最后给予百多邦软膏均匀涂抹创面1mm。观察患者25d后压疮治疗效果。结果压疮治愈率为76.7%,治愈时间12-25d,平均(19.4±3.0)d。结论碘伏、百多邦软膏联合局部吹氧治疗压疮,各自发挥作用,且具有互补协同治疗效应,治疗效果好,从而减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To study the effect of iodophors and mupirocin ointment on stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ pressure sores. Methods 59 cases of stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ pressure ulcers in 30 patients were disinfected with 0.3%-0.5% iodophor disinfectant,then blew with high-flow oxygen for 15 min and finally treated with mupirocin ointment on the raw surface. The curative effects were observed. Results The healing rate was 76.7% and the average healing time was（19.4 ± 3.0） d. Conclusions Iodophors and mupirocin ointment combined with blowing oxygen is effective in curing the stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ pressure sores. It can reduce the sufferings of patients.
