术前访视对手术前病人相关知识掌握程度的影响

目的探讨术前访视对提高手术前病人相关知识掌握程度的作用。方法选择103例择期手术病人,采用多媒体和解说的方式对术前相关知识进行宣教,针对病人不同的心理问题进行疏导。结果术前访视后病人对手术风险的担心程度较访视前低;术前相关知识的掌握程度较访视前高,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论术前访视对消除手术病人的顾虑,提高病人术前知识的掌握程度具有积极的意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative visits on the patient′s mastery of disease-related knowledge. Methods 103 patients for selective operation in the otorhinolaryngology department were selected to receive health education with disease-related knowledge via multimedia and demonstration. They were given psychological guidance pertinent to their mental problems. Results The degree for worrying about the operation risks after preoperative visits was lower than that before visits. The mastery of disease-related knowledge after preoperative visits was better than that before visits（P 0.05） . Conclusion Preoperative visits is good for alleviating the concerns of the patients and enhancing their mastery of diseased-related knowledge.
