摘要
从当今医学生法律意识较为薄弱的实际出发，在总结我国医学生法律意识培养现状的基础上，提出了加强医学生法律意识培养教育工作、提高医学生法律精神修养、在源头上树立医务工作者的法律意识等对策。
From the current reality of weak legal consciousness of medical students and based on summing up the training status on legal awareness of medical students in China, this paper proposes some countermeasures such as strengthening the educational work of training medical students＇ legal awareness, improving the cuhivation of their spirit of the law and establishing the legal awareness of medical workers, etc.
