医学影像学教育改革中，注重实践技能训练已日益成为教学的重点。PACS作为医学影像信息化的标志之一，为医学影像学教学改革提供了坚实的物质基础。PACS系统的引入，使得建立一个大容量的、稳定的教学图片库成为可能。教师通过充分利用各种网上教学病例资源，改进教学方法，用更利于师生之间互动和交流的PBL、CBL教学代替传统的以教师唱主角的“填鸭式”教学；使学生对知识点有了更深刻的理解，并能更好地将理论知识与临床实际相结合；取得了良好的教学效果。

In the educational reform of radiology, the importance of practical skills training has increasingly become the focus of teaching.As a symbol of medical imaging informationization, PACS provides solid material foundation for teaching reform, making it possible to establish a large capacity and stability of a picture library. By making full use of all internet teaching resources and improveing teaching methods, teachers have more communication with students through PBL and CBL teaching. Therefore, students get deeper understanding and better ability to put the theory of knowledge into practice and the teaching effect is pretty good.
