健康教育临床路径在唇裂手术患者护理中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨健康教育临床路径在唇裂手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法对108例唇裂手术的患者进行随机分为健康教育临床路径(CNP)组(52例)和常规护理组(56例)。记录两组患者健康教育内容的掌握程度、总住院费用、住院时间及患者对护理的满意度并进行对比。结果CNP组的唇裂手术患者与常规护理组相比,接受健康教育后对健康教育内容的掌握程度显著提高(P〈0.05),平均住院日缩短、住院费用降低、患者满意度显著提高(P〈0.05)。结论健康教育临床路径在唇裂患者中的应用有助于提高健康教育效果,降低费用,缩短住院时间,增进护患关系,同时利于年轻护理人员的培养。 Objective To assess the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the health education for cleft llp repair patients. Methods A total of 108 patients were divided into two groups randomly, health education clinical pathway was employed in one group, the other who was given routine health education was served as control. Knowledge of disease, the mean time and cost in hospital and their evaluation to nursing service of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results It took less in ward time and expenditure in CNP group compared with those in the control group. At same time, mastered knowledge and satisfactory value were significantly higher in the CNP group ( P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusions CNP is helpful in controlling the in ward time and expenditure in the health education for cleft lip repair patients. It can improve relations between nurses and patients, while it is also helpful to the cultivation of the young mtrses.
