护理干预在控制2型糖尿病院内感染中的作用

目的探讨护理干预在控制2型糖尿病院内感染中的作用。方法针对2型糖尿病院内感染因素，加强对患者糖尿病健康教育、控制血糖、指导和督促患者做好生活护理和糖尿病足预防等方面进行基础护理指导；对我院近三年2型糖尿病住院患者共580例的院内感染情况进行回顾性调查。结果共发生院内感染43例，年感染率分别为9．4％、8．7％和5．5％，呈逐年下降趋势，经r检验有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。体会2型糖尿病院内感染与多种因素有关，加强护理干预可降低院内感染率。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention in type 2 diabetes control nesocomial infection in the role. Methods To strengthen the nosocomial infection factors on their diabetes health education, control blood sugar, guide the patients to do life nursing and diabetes foot prevention basic nursing instruction. A total of 580 patients of nosecomial infection retrospective survey were analyzed. Results About 43 cases were nosocomial infection, infection rates were 9.4%, 8. 7% and 5.5%, a reduced year by year, the X 2 test was statlstically significant （P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusions The nursing intervention should be strengthened to reduce the nosocomial infection rates.
