系统化护理教学在外科低年资护士培训后的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨采用系统化护理教学对外科低年资护士培训方法及效果分析。方法选择本科神经外科专业、心胸外科专业、耳鼻喉科专业的低年资护士52名,采用设计教学、组织教学及教学评价的方法进行培训,对培训结果进行分析。结果低年资护士培训后的自我评价、护士长及总教学老师评价、医生评价、患者评价与培训前进行对比均有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论对低年资护士进行系统化护理教学培训,可明显提高护士业务素质,提高护士核心能力及护理工作胜任力,确保护理安全。
