中国文化背景下酒店员工心理契约结构探索性分析

摘要 在对苏州地区6家五星级酒店的286名员工进行心理契约调查的基础上,进行探索性因素分析。结果表明,酒店员工感知的组织责任由三个维度构成,分别是人际型责任、交易型责任和发展型责任;员工责任由三个维度构成,分别是人际型责任、交易型责任和发展型责任。即酒店员工心理契约由交易型契约、人际型契约、发展型契约三维结构构成。
