摘要
鉴于传统的钻机转盘已不能满足各类新型钻井工艺要求的状况,研制了一种新型直驱转盘系统。该系统采用新研制的低速大扭矩交流变频电动机代替常规电驱动转盘的高速电动机,省去了大型减速箱这一中间传动机构,减少了中间的故障点,提高了传动效率,同时也更加方便转盘的维护与保养。12口井的现场试验表明,钻井过程中整个转盘驱动系统运行良好,低速大扭矩电动机在低速情况下能够提供较大扭矩,完全可以满足现场施工要求,更有利于水平井等复杂结构井的施工及井下复杂情况的处理。
The rotary table of the traditional rig cannot satisfy the requirement of various kinds of new drilling technologies.Therefore, a new type of direct-drive rotary table system was developed. The system adopted the newly-developed low-speed high-torque AC variable-frequency electric motor to replace the ordinary high-speed motor. Thus, the intermediate transmission mechanism of the large reduction gearbox has been omitted, the intermediate fault has been avoided, the driving efficiency has been improved and meanwhile it is more convenient to conduct the repair and maintenance of the rotary table. The fieldapplication to 12 wells shows that the entire driving system of the table runs properly in the drilling process. The low-speed high-torque electric motor can provide relatively high torque at low speed and can completely satisfy the requirement of field operation. It is more favorable to be used in the construction of the wells with a complex structure such as the horizontal well as well as the treatment of complex downhole conditions.
