摘要
飞行器采用水下发射时,在弹射阶段一般依靠尾罩来保护一级发动机。当飞行器弹射出水到达一定高度后,需将尾罩和一级尾段进行解锁分离,并靠分离机构将尾罩和主体分开。利用非线性有限元软件ABAQUS对上述过程进行数值模拟,分别得到正常和偏差状态下的两体分离运动情况,并在两体高速运动的条件下,对导向销的强度进行校核。
In order to defend corroding by seawater, the first stage engine of the rocket launching under water is protected by an aft dome. After the rocket ejecting out of water, the aft dome should be separated by the destructors, which are fixed between the aft dome and the main body of the first stage. Then the aft dome is pushed away by several springs to the sea. In this paper, the process of separation and the strength of the guide pins are analyzed by ABAQUS simulation.
