摘要
塑性混凝土是一种水泥用量很少的黏土混凝土,由于加入膨润土(或黏土)而降低了水泥胶结物的黏结力,使其强度降低,同时具有较大的塑性。塑性混凝土作为一种新型防渗工程材料形式,与普通混凝土相比,具有弹模量低、极限应变大,渗透系数低的特点,能适应较大变形,有利于改善防渗墙体的应力状态。同时,它仍具有必要的强度。文章结合塑性混凝土在七台河市汪清水库工程中的应用,阐述了塑性混凝土的配合比设计以及工程应用情况。
The plastic concrete is a kind of clay concrete with a small amount of cement,and the cementing power of cemented soil,along with powerful plasticity at the same time,decreases due to mixing with the bentonite(or clay soil),which makes the strength decreased.As a new type of the engineering material against seepage,compared with the normal concrete,the plastic concrete has the characteristics of low elastic modulus,large ultimate change and low seepage coefficient,and is suitable for big deformation,which is beneficial for improving the stress state of wall body against seepage.Meanwhile,it still has necessary strength.The mix design of plastic concrete and project application are set forth in the study in combination with the situation of plastic concrete used in the Wangqing Reservoir project in Qitahe City.
