宫腔镜下插管通液治疗输卵管通而不畅的临床观察

Clinical observation of intubation fluid infusion under hysteroscopy for treatment of incomplete patency oviduct

目的探讨治疗输卵管通而不畅的有效方法。方法对行输卵管造影提示输卵管通而不畅的163例患者,行宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术。结果术后通畅率为85.28%,术后妊娠率为49.69%。结论宫腔镜下插管通液是治疗输卵管通而不畅的有效方法。

Objective To investigate effective way for incomplete patency oviduct. Methods After taken hysterosalpingography（HSG） which results showed oviduct were accessible but not smooth for 163 cases, they were received hytrotubation inducted by the hysteroscope. Results The postoperative patency rate was 85.28% and the postoperative pregnancy rate was 49.69%. Conclusion Hytrotubation inducted by the hysteroseope is passable and effective way to treat accessible but not smooth oviduct.
