宫颈上皮内瘤变行宫颈锥切术治疗的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨宫颈上皮内瘤变行宫颈锥切术治疗的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析2006年7月~2011年2月,本院112例因宫颈多点活检诊断为宫颈上皮内瘤变行宫颈锥切术患者,对比其一般资料、宫颈多点活检及锥切病理报告。结果:阴道镜下多点活检与宫颈锥切术后病理结果分析,两者诊断完全符合者74例(66.1%),减轻26例(,23.2%),病变升级12例(10.7%),其中发现漫润癌3例。术前92例HPV感染患者术后有63例转阴。结论:宫颈LEEP术是一种能准确验证宫颈病变并能较好诊断、治疗GIN的方法,且能降低宫颈局部HPV感染,减少持续感染机会。
