Starting from the copyright dispute among Google digital library, Wanfang Data and copyright holder, and connecting with the current development trends of Internet applications, this paper analyzes the problems currently existing in the development process of the library, and deeply probes into the problem of how to better protect author’s copyright in the course of digitalization of book resources.
