Analysis on Root Library’s Reading Activities in the Construction of Livable City

从读书与生活、休闲和社交的关系上讨论了基层图书阅览室在城市宜居中的作用,提出应当支持在城市居民区建立基层公共图书阅览室等设施。

Starting from the relationship between reading and life, reading and relaxation, and reading and communication, this paper discusses the functions of root library in urban livability, and points out that the construction of root public libraries and other facilities in urban residential areas should be supported.
