摘要
从人事档案地位降低,人事档案内容陈旧、雷同、空洞、失真,人事档案管理的混乱及人事档案法制建设滞后等4个方面分析了公众档案意识淡薄的原因,提出了具体的解决措施。
From four aspects of the status downgrade of personnel archives, the old, similar, empty and distorted contents of personnel archives, the chaotic management of personnel archives and the hysteretic legal construction of personnel archives, this paper analyzes the reasons why the public’s consciousness of personnel archives is indifferent, and puts forward some concrete solutions.
