摘要
对太钢热连轧SIEMENS模型控制结构及过程数据进行了研究分析,在高速钢轧辊开发方面提出了神经元网络分类建模的控制方法,以适应高速钢轧辊与高铬镍铸铁轧辊的轧制;同时,考虑到高速钢轧辊磨损的遗传性和累加性,改进了轧辊磨损凸度计算方法,快速、高效地投入高速钢轧辊控制。
This paper makes the research?and?analysis on SIEMENS model control structure and process data of TISCO’s Hot Strip Mill, puts forward the control method for neural network classified modeling in aspect of the development of high-speed steel roll for adapting to the rolling of high chrome nickel roll and high-speed steel roll, considering the inheritance and accumulation of the wear of high-speed steel roll, improves the calculation method for roll’s wear crown for controlling the high-speed steel roll rapidly and effectively.
